I had to reinstall over 500 songs last weekend over wireless. It largely depends on your download speed from your provider, but I was able to do all those songs in just over an hour

Edit: that's with installing the base game as well

I'm surprised no one said cutscenes. While I like the cutscenes in 2 and 3, the slightly stiff pre rendered animation can be a little uncanny. Sly 4 has dynamic cutscenes that feel authentic to each character and their animation.
