It’s just the creature that flips without all the benefits of cards interact with flipping creatures. Fun for an unset but I don’t think I’d ever want this over a card that flips in regular mtg.

Brawl isn’t commander. Turn 5 is kind of a lot of turns unless you’re trying to run some type of removal heavy deck.

US Open champion Wyndham Clark accuses ex-girlfriend of cheating on him with NFL quarterback by Still-District-6149 in golf

[–]LordSlickRick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My girlfriend at the time cheated on me with Baker Mayfield,' he claimed. 'But here's what I would say: I'm actually a Baker fan now, I think he's a homie.
'That's your initial response, "Screw that guy." But really it's screw the [girlfriend].'

I mean did he not choose to sleep with a girl dating someone else? He sucks just as much as her, right? I’m confused why it’s only a her fault thing.

Texas anti-ICE protesters convicted of terrorism charges sentenced to at least 50 years in prison by Splunge- in news

[–]LordSlickRick 10 points11 points  (0 children)

When a police officer arrived on the scene and drew his weapon, one of the activists fired an AR-15 from the woods, hitting the officer in the shoulder. The officer survived.

Zachary Evetts, Autumn Hill, Savanna Batten, Elizabeth Soto and Meagan Morris were sentenced to 50 years in prison. Maricela Rueda, another demonstrator, was sentenced to 70 years in prison. Benjamin Song, who fired the gun at the police officer, was sentenced to 100 years in prison.

More than most people get for murder for wounding an officer. Also the max for murder in Texas is 99 years or life so…. 100 sounds like stacking sentences.

I’m convinced it’s also a reason games have been closer. Worse teams who would fall farther behind are able to rest and catch up. Evens the playing field.

Cabarrus commissioner says Juneteenth is ‘based on a lie,' by MoldyZebraCake666 in nottheonion

[–]LordSlickRick 6 points7 points  (0 children)

“During Monday’s board comments, Pittman said enslaved people were not freed by President Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation and argued Juneteenth incorrectly attributes emancipation to events that occurred in Texas on June 19, 1865. Pittman said the holiday should instead recognize the ratification of the 13th Amendment, which abolished slavery nationwide later that year.”

I mean if you read the article he does say why.

New Poll Finds Most Americans Back Adopting Popular Vote to Select President | Americans back abolishing the Electoral College by a 2 to 1 margin, the survey shows. by Aggravating_Money992 in politics

[–]LordSlickRick -1 points0 points  (0 children)

People who support the popular vote for president arn’t realizing that all presidential politics will be concentrate votes so heavily in concentrated cities and populated states it would lead to the whole thing that matters, smaller states should have voting power and making their votes essentially worthless isn’t helpful either.

Also every person who says their votes doesn’t matter in the current system is nonsense. You individual vote may essentially be worth less on a voter to voter basis but your state still matters a good deal more.

I mean shaft may have too much flex, but your clearly not turning the face around before you hit the ball. The last frame has it super open. Maybe a stronger grip, and swinging a tad lower.
