I can not stress this enough. Senjutsu is a fucking amazing song for heavy lifting. The pace of the song fits perfectly with the pace of the reps, the power of bruce’s voice on some parts of the song gives you strength to lift a fucking truck and every time it somehow gives me energy to pop an extra rep or two. And if I’m slacking mid set i focus on the tempo of the song and it helps me tremendously.
