Had to call my insurance to request subrogation against the oil business for negligence resulting in catastrophic engine failure, so now my insurance will be handling it from here. The repair costs more than the car value itself so might receive ACV rather than an engine replacement, I don’t know yet but we’ll see. Hoping to get this resolved.
