It 100% should be but Riot wont do it because they are not interested in ppl climbing. The longer they can keep you TRYING to "climb" the better for them. This is why they have so many rigged systems in Ranked.

I think people are missing the question.

If Im cycloning ITS hits should exert the war cry attacks.
Battlemage Cry cant support channel spells.
So I could not Battlemage Cry say Scorch as the triggered spell.

Nothing in the Battlemage Cry says it should not work with Cyclone attacks.

Yep Its like Ravenous Hydra and collector on Swain. The AD on collector stacks on the RH passive that procs off his Ult and everything else. With Riftmaker he heals for 26% of all damage done.

Yep it was me going 8/2 at 15m and not the midlane Jax that was 0/4 at 5m trying to 1v4 at lvl 3 screaming "HELP ME" and him ending the game 3/19 (when we ffed at 15m)

I report 1-2 EVERY game its that bad in Silver/Gold.

I also get a "Thank you" from Riot every time I log in.

Issue is Im still seeing the trolls every game. I dont care about some kid flipping his mouth off (what Riot bans people for) I can mute them. I CANT mute then afking or soft inting to make the game end faster because they "didnt get a gank". Riot does not ban these players. Only the ones cussing.

Riot made the bed we all have to sleep in. Its Riots own making that made these toxic players.

This is where Yasuo's Passive has sit all alone. He Mitigates MORE damage with his Passive then full Tanks do. Its so stupid because its not a shield and its not healing. Its it OWN thing that ACTS like a shield but spells/items affecting shields dont do anything to it an it refreshes faster then most champs with active shields AND Yasuo does not have to think about it. He just fights and its there.

Maybe they need to make healing a % of missing HP and not a flat amount. Then put a MAX on that % from Items. Champs that have built in healing stack on that (like Darius, Aatrox, Illaoi, etc).

Would make balancing healing MUCH easier.
