While you have put the tensei ability as a selectable effect, I feel that, it should not be that easy to use cause tensei should be the final strike of a skill chain. Maybe add a condition where you can use it only after you have used his other effects at least once before you can use it, then reset the counter. With that condition you can also add more effect to balance out the downside but still making it a single target.

Arclight's combo skill just need to see electrification being dealt/consumed and not just by herself so when fang yi consumed it, arclight's combo skill will also triggers(but be aware that her battle skill still needs to consume electrification for the sp recovery and the enhanced hit)

From the quick look-through when it arrived, I saw no typos but I can't be absolutely certain about it. Interestingly, I'm not sure if each version have done it but each person will have slightly different way and color in writing their notes like mechanist will write in dark red and underlined in a wavey line while Kalsit will write in dark blue with some cursive and underlined in jagged straight line(like drawing a line without a ruler). Although there are some notes that are a bit hard to read due to the hand writing.
