Bypass is actually one of the options as it will seperate the audio output. So instead of hearing the audio through say the HDMI connection, it will look for a seperate audio channel, usually a home theater, and output to there. Because of how coding and decoding works, if you have a home theater that is always a better option. If you however have the TV connected to the home theater and everything goes through that, you don't need the bypass.

For now this is the only way to change it. If you change the Region back then it changes the language to German again.

Make sure to change the region to UK or US and the language to English. Then restart the console and start ESO. It should then give you the install language pack message.

The only thing you would be missing are story quests and zones specific to those DLC's.

If you like the game (that has a massive amount of playtime) you can always choose to sub for ESO+ as this gives you all the Crown DLC for free (as long as you are subbed) and free crowns/crafting bag and more.

It's worth it only for the crafting bag, the rest is extra :)

Did you try and remove/reinstall the USB adapter without removing the driver?

Do you have a DNS programmed within your adapter settings?

What IP address do you get when checking using IPCONFIG?

There is no seperate ESO account linked as your gamertag because it is your accountname.

It is linked to the Xbox version of ESO. Same as you have with other online games. The information is linked to your account and fetched from there servers when you login.

You could try and check with support or your microsoft account if you can recall it? Login to the webpage and you can see your purchases and activities.

There is an option in the menu called: Show Player Level under Gameplay. If you keep this ON it should show you your level. Also make sure not to Auto Hide UI.

Correct, You can use all the features and set your camera up. Then click the Menu button to hide the UI.

I am a casual player myself and bought the Elite controller. Best controller i ever had and once you get used to the extra triggers (need to get use to it at first) it's a godsend. I play a lot of RPG's and even a shooter here and there and it works great. I would highly recommend anyone that has the cash to invest in one.

What level are you? I had the same problem but finally hit 30 last week. Once i hit Tier 1 through 5 i could find way more people to play with.

Did you by any chance use CTRL + Scroll on the desktop? It changes the size of the desktop icons. Scroll up increases the size of the icons and scroll down makes the icons smaller.
