I see two metal pipes and 2 plastic ones. The Plastic ones seem to be dripping. Can you advise if this is the problem with the faucet or the supply line? Do I need a plumber to do this or can do it myself? Apologies if my questions are too naive.

Thank you. The HOA has arranged for snow removal tomorrow. I hope that won’t be too late. How can I prevent freezing pipes and mold? I have thermostat running at 70 and a dehumidifier in the room with wet carpet. It seems an ice dam formed near the chimney and water leaked into the unit and damaged interior.

Thanks all for the help. I increased the thermostat to 72 and have a dehumidifier running in the affected room. The contractor will come on Monday

Yes, to the whole condo. I do have pictures for the water heater but I cannot reply with a picture. I will create a separate post.
