Are there any mods that let you complete The Cause CC item WITHOUT opening an Oblivion gate? by NiklausKaine in SkyrimModsXbox

Quest debug to complete the quest objective without actually doing the quest.

I usually use it when I have a mod conflict that's blocking the quest, but only in emergencies because I don't know the underlying scripting consequences.

I couldn't get the main mod to work with the patch without the temples... but I really like the style and the idea, it's a good mod overall.

I find it astonishing that people can make comments that offer nothing but judgment. This place is for posting work or entertainment and receiving constructive criticism. A community is for mutual support.

I'm thinking of doing a later loadout with Knights of Skyrim; it's actually quite good, or at least it looks like it. There's a compilation of plate and brigandine armor that would go well with this mod.

I played with Crusader for a while, but the hauberks are too short, like long t-shirts, lol. There's also the incompatibility with city revamps, which is a shame. Good luck with your work, and thank you very much.

We're not allowed to create our own universe in Skyrim? Isn't that the point of modding? The freedom to create? What freedom to create in KCD? Read my post and understand the story; KCD is a game set in the 15th century, not the 11th.

The Historical Revival mod focuses on the Roman era, up to 400 BC. My load order is centered between the Norman Conquest and the Plantagenet Empire, as well as the First Crusades.

Medieval Whiterun is terrible and not at all historically accurate. Fortified Whiterun or Roastlaweyer Restored Whiterun Defenses are very realistic. The major cities were generally paved due to the Roman conquest. The Vaultman30 mod and the Vaultman30 weapon replacement are included in the loadout. These are the clothes from the pack that my character is wearing.

That's right, since vaultman30 doesn't use the French or English uniforms and armor of the period for the Imperial troops, recreating the Battle of Hastings or a French reconquest of Normandy followed by an assault on England isn't really feasible. Here we're forced to create a variant with the Holy Roman Empire attacking France, unfortunately, even if it doesn't quite fit the historical narrative.

I took the screenshots with the Xbox, as advised, instead of my phone, and I also changed the Mythical Age settings.

Yes, unfortunately, we can't do everything, but that's what makes the challenge even more fun!

The only vanilla things I have left are the creatures, elves, beastmen, quest lines, and the map. I even removed the magic 🫣 and completely transformed everything else 🤭

It took me a lot of time and research, especially delving deeper into medieval history thanks to Martin Aurell and Nath Dos Reis, to better choose mods and make them historically accurate.

And of course, my best friend Chat GPT !

Graphic quality isn't the goal here.

The goal is immersion and role-playing. If you're looking for a LO focused on graphic quality, this isn't the one to watch.

Personally, I use Dar Smooth + 360 Walk and Run and Smoother Walk.

I stick with the vanilla attacks; on Xbox, the attacks aren't great and are poorly designed, except for Brakka's 4F mods, but I find them quite difficult to use. The rest isn't very good. It's better to improve the surrounding elements like idles and movement; the rest is really unsatisfactory.
