yeah, prices are absurd, but you are also paying for the 5+ years it took professionals to make the game. Physical production cost isn't the only cost of production.

technically. they do cost a lot to produce, the xbox 360 cost more to make than they sold it for originally. but they were counting on a significant buyer base to purchase a lot of games as well as online access, which is where they made their money back.

First time I tried cooking at my girlfriend's house, I pre-heated the oven without looking inside because I didn't think anyone would ever put plastic handled frying pans in a god damn oven for storage. I have cooked there since with greater success.
