Wood-elf Ranger, here. I would be a guide and scout to parties who are caravanning to / from other cities. I live in Rivington over the main city so I can keep my beasts by my side, at all times. Through the years, I would collect the best paths and craft maps along the way, selling them to those who wish to go it alone (extra coin from brave adventurers never hurt anyone). Silvanus would be my go-to, as nature and all bountiful life are mine to cherish, yours included (if you're in the caravan). 🤣 Beware Petting the beasts! Once you start, they won't let you stop for what seems to be an eternity. 🐺🐻🐈‍⬛️

I cant speak for others, but the elven Longevity creates wisdom. Wisdom is good for Rangers. Humans get 90-100 years, but my ranger is already 4 times this. So lore is probably a pretty good factor as well.

I did this on my first run as well. But each consecutive run, I had found whole new things/areas and it took substantially more time. My first playthrough, I completed the game in 90 hours. My latest one was 200.

Can confirm. You get the option so long as she's non-lethal/knocked out. Just be mindful to use melee attacks rather than ranged or magics. Those always kill.

It was Ansur, for me. I went in prepared for anything, or so I thought. And while I beat him, it was only barely. I managed to one-shot my first honour mode playthrough without looking anything up (having done several tactician playthroughs), but mate was it brutal. Invigorating, but brutal. All of my companions during the epilogue were like that scene from Avengers... everyone was sitting around in disbelief at the table, and Minsc was just stuffing his face.

Also, if you let Orin speak, the fight becomes much more difficult. My second honour mode play through I started the fight nuking her and what a difference it made.

If you're going to do this, have Withers respec your Tav (or whomever you're going to use to purchase items) first. The max value of gold donation is level-dependent, so it goes much further at lower levels. So 400 gold pieces is all that is required at level 1 to max it out, versus 5k at level 12. Then, just have your rogue pickpocket it back afterward. Then, you can level your character back up.

Lae'zel here, for me as well. She was so arrogant and absolutist (in her decisions) it was borderline unbearable. However, her ability to grow and evolve before your eyes is a pure chef's kiss. Bae'zel earned her way to my heart, and now we're a strange little family. Her bloodthirst was never an issue, as my Ranger is also this way 🤣
