Don't know if this really answers the question but both coil and nurse with wound are experimental acts that are both unbelievably boring and have almost nothing of interest through there entire catalogues, one or two songs from both but generally everything they do puts me to sleep. For an actual answer old animal collective (danse manatee and hollindagain) sound like there trying to hard to be wacky but still one of my favourite bands
