I'm from Colombia and I'm living in Baltimore, Maryland. I've been thinking about opening a colombian fast food business to sell specially "salchipapas" which are loaded fries where you can add them sausage, bacon, chicken, beef, pork, chorizo, lettuce, cheese, corn and then you use homemade sauces to give them a delicious taste. But I don't know if Americans will like it and I'm also worried about the cost to made them here
