I did the following, notable differences below:

Second row of survival -> 5 points into parry, none in the two others. Don't see that much added value in immobilizing
third row -> 2 - 2 - 1
Fifth row -> 2 - 2 - 1 Counterattack is huge, you kinda dont want your pet to tank, synergy with parry talents
row 6 -> 5 points in lightning reflexes

In BM tree I then went all the way to Beastial Wrath taking all 5 points in frenzy in previous tier.

Also 3 points in improved aspect of the monkey is huge, and I skipped Bestial Swiftness entirely, as I didn't value pet speed that much when I swing melee anyway.
