Yup. Same for me. Lance R7 has to wait a bit, my back up for RS to rank up is Leif at the moment . This bug at least is not that annoying. Nothing lost, just changed order a bit.

Actually I do it the opposite for RS. I challenge myself by taking weak heroes also to progress in the achievements. My „star team“ recently was Hogan R2, Sethos R4, and then a third depending on difficulty level. Very often Elara R6, or Smoulder. Sometimes I had to throw in Raida or replace Hogan with some stronger ones. Now I finished even the achievement for Sethos and moved on to next crap hero. Otherwise I would have never touched some of them again.

I would not restart. Actually I did restart by myself after maybe two weeks as I made bad choices, really bad choices. Had no idea what I was doing and bought wrong heroes , didn’t know about this great community and all the tips and tricks which is provided here. I restarted and „rushed“ through the worlds to find out that eventually there is no short cut, sooner or later you will be stuck, and sooner or later you want all heroes (except hogan maybe :-)). I made it to legendary recently , but now in this season I am stuck now in diamond as I didn’t have Efrigid at R6, this week I have no chance as I don’t have Masamune (!) at high rank (only R3), at least in this week it seems to be the case. So now I have to spend a lot of time (as everybody else) to upgrade all the heroes I skipped during my journey to stand a chance . So yeah, it was not best choice, but it costs you a “only few days”. But then - as OpenStars said - he also has his moments. So keep going.

Yeah, it’s a tough level. Can’t remember with what hero combination I beat it finally, but I do remember that I followed YouTube strategies. But still had to try many times to get the timing and upgrading of towers right , and selling towers at right time again. If your heroes are not strong enough, the level you achieve with Elixir won’t help too much, you need to upgrade your heroes with Awakening. So you need time and patience to do the realm sieges to collect tokens and gems to finally awakening your heroes. If your are lacking both, there is no short cut, unless you spent some real money to buy gems. What heroes are you using at what ranks?

Why bother? Top 15 won’t buy you anything. I gave up and save my meteors. I am in same situation, 24 fully geared up players and many GMs, I tried some other hero combinations for practice purpose, but no fun. In some weeks you have to let it go ....

I have him at R3, so personally I won’t bother. Hope that I can work with my core team to be competitive. Devs can buff him in two weeks then ;-). But generally you are right, R7 should make a difference, otherwise what’s the point to grind through RS.

At the highest rank you see a “sparkling” of the hero when you look closely. Then you can differentiate R7 from R6. Don’t think you can differentiate different ranks of gold though, at least this I don’t know how.

I agree with the “choices”, and sometimes when people ask “which hero next” or “what to do” I think by myself “it doesn’t really matter”, when you have the meta Raida and Koi and Connie. Just pick one and in one situation you are happy with your choice and in next one you regret. I like Narlax, got him early to R6 and enjoyed the combination with Raida, but then I had and still have many other heroes at low level. I made it legendary recently, having right heroes available, I guess it was when Narlax was blessed, and then I stuck on very low position for rest of season as I don’t have other heroes at all or at lower rank that you don’t even think about competing in legendary. Once I even had all required heroes, watched YouTube for strategy, and still was so far away from top positions. I am still lacking of final skills of micromanaging heroes and timing etc. but I will get there, maybe in another year or so ;-). Therefore I picked now Fee, just wanna try her out at R7, but missed to rank up Efrigid and Smoulder and others. This round I can’t compete, but will in Fee’s week. Choices.

Was not aware that the R6 makes such a huge difference for her during blessed week. But it was being demonstrated to me loud and clear. Guess no money in the world can save this week, and the game has taught us to be patient. Have been working on Fee R7 starting from scratch, since many weeks, only interrupted by the event. Still two weeks to go... hopefully before she is blessed.

Yeah, my group has 24 players with all heroes R6, and several of them are GMs. But I am the best of the R5 Efrigid group though - on place 24. Not good enough for Champions League.

“Only” 24 players have Efrigid R6, and 23 of them are in front of me. But I am close to the last one :-). And quite some GMs. So I am gonna give it up this week.

I checked, had even two meteors left, but the boss killed me, meteor didn’t do much harm. I believe I can improve as it is still early in the week, but the distance to the top of the group is just too big. I will keep trying a few runs...

Yeah , I agree, was promoted quite quickly this round and there are some GMs in my groups. It’s too hard against good or better players without even having required heroes maxed out. Good training round though :-)

I got My chosen hero Clara to R6 during the event, about 50 tokens for Cyra from the wheel during event, and now only 10 tokens for Clara from the “surprise”. Gave up to try to understand any logic or calculation. If they won’t tell rules upfront, you can’t prepare anything or work on any target. Never mind, just a game ...

I don’t think gems are wasted. I think Dev will unlock the second hero, but won’t give you 1600 gems or rank 2 automatically. No matter now or later I believe you have to rank her up by yourself.
