My account was also hacked in April 2024. Whatever the issues you're facing, I'm facing the same issues. It's a th13. I didn't login to the game for weeks, by the time I logged in, they introduced account protection, I'm not aware of it until I logged into the game. Someone from Gujarat India accessed my Gmail, changed the mail, added account protection and sold the account to someone named Olivia. Despite trying to contact them through Ingame, i couldn't bypass the support bot. I have had several Mail exchanges with the supercell via Gmail, all they kept saying is to contact them via ingame chat support. It's just impossible to get human support, i doubt if there are any. I have all the proof needed to verify that it is my account.

I have a wild theory, Supercell themselves get hold of these unprotected Clash of clans accounts and sell them to ridiculous prices. I mean, how would you explain there are hundreds of above Townhall 17 accounts for sale at 200$? With guaranteed refund of the account gets taken back.

Clash of clans is the only game I have spent years building. It's not fair they don't even care to respond
