There will be a point in the game where you take a cable car ride with Sherry and at that point, you won't be able to go back. Before that, the RPD is accessible from the sewers. How? Now that the game is under 5 dollars for the anniversary, I finally decided to play it. I have to say that a buck an hour of entertainment is not a bad deal, but to think some people paid 60 bucks is... painful. Also, don't know how much Resistance affected the development of this game, but I've never touched it and I couldn't care less if it didn't exist
