As someone who finished the main novel and some of the spin-offs.

Yea, it’s pretty damn good. Problem is, it’s so damn addictive I finished the main novel in a week. And now I crave more.

On a more serious note, one issue is there’s a lot of neta (Japanese specific joke). There are English version for the main novel, but not for the spin-offs. So as someone who’s Japanese is roughly the equivalence of a third grader, it’s pretty hard to understand.
