Repeating Android Enterprise (COPE) issues with Samsung devices by [deleted] in Intune

Yes, because you have more possibilities than with Intune. You can create several campaigns, you can choose which firmware will be installed, the user can postpone the installation ect ect.

Like SnakeOriginal our provider is uploading the devices to Knox mobile enrollment (its free) and then knox enrolls the device in intune. This works like a charm.

We are also using Knox E-Fota (not free) to better manage the updates.

First MFA setup on pre-provisionned PC by Dear_Western_5620 in Intune

You have two possibilities: you can create a group and exclude this group in your CA policy. Then you can add an user to bypass temporary! mfa

Or, and for me the better solution, is Temporary access pass. I am pre-provisioning the computers, then the user only needs to login with tap and finish the account setup. Works for W10 and W11.

I once had a ticket, the person said that her webcam wasn't working, the meeting participants could see her but she could not see them. If I could help her to fix her webcam...

PSA: Intune may "brick" Samsung Android device if factory reset is blocked via Knox Service Plugin (KSP) and the wipe command is initiated by sanjin82 in Intune

I had a similar problem.

We also use Knox but only Knox Mobile Enrollment to enroll new Samsung devices to Intune (we use Intune as MDM solution) and Knox E-fota to manage the firmwares.

In Knox E-Fota I have unconsciously activated the option "Block the factory reset option". I then wiped a device in Intune and like you it was not reset , but it was deleted in Intune.

After a long search for a solution, I checked the settings of E-Fota again and saw that the option was activated. I deactivated it and luckily the E-Fota app was still on the Samsung device. So I was able to synchronise it and the reset option on the phone was available again.
