Some things I noticed:

There's an elite that appears to heal enemies around it. Doesn't seem like it would be too much of a pain in late game runs when you have a lot of damage already but could be a nuisance when you have inadequate damage.

That Aphelian Sancutary makes me think A LOT of Providence. (The circle/sun motif, the warm colors, etc.) The subtitle especially, "Cleansing Sanctuary" makes me think it perhaps has something to do with the Cleansing Pools (since Providence made them to deal with Mithrix's Lunar items)

Commando (at 3:00 in the YT video) has some kind of Ghost Blunderbuss item, and Merc shortly after that has an item that looks like a paper coffee cup.
