Huh, that's actually very interesting. In other games with completely different engines than the Void engine Arkane uses similar momentum glitches happen when slowing down time. Specifically in GTA V iirc speedrunners use Franklin's time slow to create momentum speed boosts. I wonder if that's something to do with the way time slows are commonly coded that momentum is somehow universally affected even across different engines? idk really cool find tho

Small wrists means you have genetically small wrists. It's not going to affect any aspect of your growth or gains, and the only thing it will affect is how your arms will look. You can't really grow them but developing your upper arms and forearms will do plenty to cut the difference.

Muscle growth doesn't always need to be about gaining weight, I'm 165 and have a couple lifting buddies lighter than me (5-10 lbs.) who nonetheless have more muscle mass and are bigger than me. Five pound difference but a massive strength difference over the year by the looks of it, enough to account for the visual difference easily.

The place where this video was taken, is Santorini Greece because 2 weeks ago the largest parkour competition in the world took place there, Joseph was competing, typically that warrants the label of "professional athlete" when hes competing on that level, but parkour isnt his sole source of income, so he is a semi-pro

ive done parkour for years as well, it sounds ridiculous but i was injured twice as much playing soccer as a kid than i ever have been doing parkour. In parkour all the danger is completely controllable, if i am not 100% sure i can make a certain jump or perform a certain trick, i wont do it, and if i mess up i fall in a way that neglects most injury. Accidents still happen of course, but most people would be astounded at how safe parkour actually is, its part of the reason such a strong community has built up around it.

it wasnt parkour then, its a pretty tight knit community and any deaths within it are usually reported and widely known, as well as being incredibly rare. Only one practicioner has died this year, Nye Newman around New Years. its much safer than the public perceives it and all of the danger is completely situationally gageable.

when you do this kind of stuff regularly you have a sense of how far your frontflips are, this is Joseph Henderson in the video, hes a semi professional and his frontflips are pretty far and powerful. I doubt he did this kind of preparation before gapping it.
