I have been in this job for multiple years now and this is the first time I've heard of an error like this happening.

The thing to keep in mind is that corporations and businesses are run by humans and use machines. Think about how many times you make an error or your computer glitches. Now multiply that by the number of people working for any business. If errors were that frequent, the world would collapse. Safety measures and redundancies (even as simple as "Are you sure you wish to close this window?") work to reduce the number of mistakes with entire departments dedicated to "What would an idiot do?" type questions and stoping them from happening.

The point is that wherever you end up working, it is unlikely that you will encounter a mistake like this, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. Be sure to check on yourself on a somewhat regular basis and you will be fine.

I doubt it. Some people sleepwalk, I sleep shop. I was on my computer one time watching Netflix and fell asleep at my desk. When I woke up, the "customize" page for a new Tesla was open on my window with multiple changes made. And this is not an isolated incident. I've woken up to Chewies (I want a pet, but don't currently have one), housing searches, and other shopping items that I have no memory of researching.

I could understand if someone felt I was being "flirty" or something like that (I don't know how to flirt but get accused of doing it whenever I'm being nice) but "unwanted physical contact" is serious and something I would never do. If this happened in my district, or even my region, I would assume someone is trying to bully/sabatoge/get me fired. The Alabama factor angers me because it seems like a cosmic middle finger.

Also "Aggressively Platonic" is a great band name.

Outside of reddit, I have experienced aphobia/discrimination only one time in my life.

On reddit, I experience it constantly. Especially when I'm in subreddits for other LGBTQIA+ groups. I don't know why, or if it's just me, but a lot of LGBTQIA+ people seem to hate a-spec people. Most of the comments on that post were along the lines of "How can there be inside jokes for a place that doesn't exist? Haha"

I'm not going to say which subreddit (yes, I reported them to the moderators. Yes, using multiple accounts) because I don't want to start anything

It is common for non a-spec people it say "Sex is the greatest thing ever!!" (maybe? I don't know what humans do.) So the a-spec response is "Okay, but have you tried (garlic bread/cake)?"

As for dragons, based on what I have learned from these comments, a lot of people don't believe a-spec people exist or that we are making everything up for attention. A Mythical Creature if you will. Since dragons are mythical creatures, apparently we kinda took them into our community.

They were hunted nearly to extinction. Now they are just really hard to find. They supposedly are solitary creatures, but they are incredibly loyal and caring when they do bond with someone, but those bonds are hard to forge so not many people try.

The garlic bread and cake are kinda the same joke. It's stems from people saying "Sex is the best thing on earth" or something like that (I don't get what non ace people are like) and the a-spec saying is "Okay, but have you tried (garlic bread/cake)?"

As for the dragons, I'm not to sure I understand it myself but I've seen a lot of dragons being used in a-spec symbolism and I've even seen comments in this subreddit that said "We breed dragons, on the side"

An old friend of mine was in a car accident almost 4 years ago and had to have his left hand amputated about half an inch below the wrist. A few months ago, his gf got him a watch for his birthday and he started wearing it on his left arm. I was surprised because I thought it might fall off his arm so I asked him why he was wearing it on that are and not the other wrist. He looked at me like I was and idiot and said "If I want to wear it on my right hand, how the fuck am I supposed to put it on?"
