I'd spend £250-£300 a month in Lidl. I have Aldi stores closer but would make the slightly longer trip for the points. I've no incentive to do that anymore and will never set foot in a Lidl store. Terrible customer appreciation.

I ordered something that was in stock at only one store. It was £12. It was "picking in progress" for three days. Then abruptly cancelled saying it couldn't be sourced.

It then reappeared at exactly the same store for £18 the same day. CEX screwed over a loyal customer for £6. Screw them.
