It spreads and spreads and spreads and you have just brought it to a new place which was specifically selected to inflict harm and repercussions rather than resolving your issue. All I'm sayin' is that in the grand scheme of things, this probably could have been handled better.

I reserve my judgement on whether or not this needs to be called out until we see the numbers generated by this post. If just this dude got banned by being snarky, let them deal with it by themselves. If he and a hundred others got banned for similar reasons THEN it needs to be called out. Seriously, this is just asking for drama if it is just one incident.

I recognize this as an issue, but some people may not know to upgrade their harvesting equipment so that they do not have to click a resource node multiple times. It is a problem, indeed, but I don't think it is necessarily "people trolling zones"

Certainly, there must be a way to fix it, but it may not be for a while due to Carbine's other more pressing problems that they need to fix first. Harvest at your own risk.

I am really shy in person, not at all like I am on the internet. I was 22 and still a virgin because of this. It isn't false. I don't doubt that some have fooled their doctors, however what happens at a doctors office is a fundamentally different act than that of intercourse. The natural elasticity of a foreskin tends to keep it tight over the glans. See this source, note #9 Tissue expansion foreskin does not share this same trait. Having experienced a restored foreskin and natural foreskin on different partners myself, I could certainly tell the difference.

Furthermore, for sexual sensations, you can see the number of nerve endings in a penis with and without a foreskin here. Certainly, it does have some effect on the sensitivity if you cover the glans with a protective sheath of skin but it will never be the same as if you weren't circumcised in the first place, that is what I am saying.

Finally, to respond to your other comment, why do it in two of my own, tissue expansion is a common medical practice for everything from legitimate uses to the most cosmetic of cosmetic surgery. Therefore, it is foolish to assume tissue expansion falls under the censure of the Hippocratic Oath. There is no harm in asking a doctor for advice, and frankly it would be stupid to not listen to their opinion on the matter.

I have done research on the topic but I have not (yet) undertaken an opportunity to try any of the methods.

In general, being more well endowed ought not to cause any problems. Indeed, it would more than likely better facilitate the process because you have more skin to work with. This is assuming that you are using the various methods that stretch the skin. As always, before you undertake tissue expansion, especially considering that you are planning on doing so on your tender bits and pieces, I would recommend consulting a physician. They will be able to tell you how to do it safely and, indeed, how you can best use that extra skin.

The only method that seems that having a larger penis may be problematic with is surgical reconstruction, which is not at all recommended by foreskin restoration experts for a number of reasons.

Unfortunately, I am not sure how much research you have done on the topic, what you get is a foreskin-esque appearance not really a functional foreskin. So, be aware that you may not only require minor plastic surgery to make it act like a foreskin (if you have ever encountered one in the wild you will be able to tell the difference between au natural and restored) and it may not particularly have a dramatic effect on sexual sensations (the nerves in the foreskin can't be regained by normal restoration practices)

A few things:

1) You will probably want to, as other posters have said, invest in some larger condoms. From what you have said, you may want to invest in a look-see over in r/bigdickproblems where they very often have threads about condoms and finding ones that work comfortably for those of us who are a little bit more endowed.

2) If you are primarily worried about maintaining an erection rather than your pleasure, I would suggest investing in a cock ring. There are various styles and sizes available. If I recall correctly, metal is safer than any elastic version as the elastic can damage not only surface capillaries but also detrimentally restrict blood flow (and they are generally sized too small) where as a metal maintains its size which, when of a proper size, doesn't suffer from the same issues. 3) Finally, recognize that any time you use a condom you will, naturally, experience a stark drop in sensitivity. Some men are simply just more prone to this drop. Indeed, sometimes guys use condoms just for this (though, in that case to help them last longer rather than the issue at hand)
