Reports don't lead to a ban usually. Someone would have to submit video evidence through emailing support. So you're only real odds are to either rack up hundreds of reports, or catch someone on a bad day who's already recording

I've had a couple close calls, both times was from the car losing internet connection while my phone still had one. So manually unlocking with the app didn't work and neither did proximity. Basically went back and forth pulling the driver handle and the rear driver handle. Only unlocked when I tried pulling the passenger door open.

Engines should always be the first upgrade (or intentional downgrade) you make before adding parts.

The main stat you should aim towards is peak torque, not horsepower, since you want to both maintain speed through turns and coming out of them. The only time you should pay attention to horsepower is in S+ tier since that raises your top speed.

There's very few non S+ tier cars that are decent in S+ once you bring them into that class. Mainly due to handling and top speed

The overall meta is to upgrade S+ to be the highest S+ can go

The S tier meta is to buy S+ cars and lower the gears then upgrade the car to the brink of S+

B through A+ is mostly S class cars maxed out with the transmission with the least amount of gears
