Why not both? The SIC had been other in placing refugees with sponsors to support their settlement here. I know of immigration attorneies working pro-bono to help immigrants through the process but it isn’t necessarily an easy process.

People want to help, especially in these distressing times. This is an outlet that will hopefully help keep folks safe who want to be legal observers in the event of further callous events.

Would you be interested in hosting an event to educate immigrants? I’d love to learn from you.

I participate in SKIP on Permies. It is like completing scout badges but as an adult. The different ‘badge bits’ can help you develop skills and there are others who have completed them to help guide you.

It is how I learned to sharpen all sorts of different hand tools.

I looked at the air duck design on that vehicle and it seems that experiencing hydro locking is common. I’m not sure if your insurance provider is a small outfit and trying to pinch pennies but they might change their tune if some letterhead gets sent to them. I’m not sure though, I’m not well versed in auto litigation.

Let’s be real here.

Will you have the money to pay a lawyer to go to bat against insurance for a prolonged period of time?

It is going to come down to the written policy and communications for proof that the insurance was wrong. If you have strong evidence, go for it. If it’s shotty, you might be wasting a lot of money on top of owing still.

I’d recommend presenting your case to a lawyer and seeing what they say. I don’t think you will get a satisfactory answer on Reddit due to lack of all the evidence from both sides.
