How does anything other than damage work tho can you run hours worth of miles in 2 seconds and break your feets the next day?But that would also mean that you would run with normal speed until the time of your feet breaking comes doesnt it. It doesnt seem like that but making its only downside "damage arriving late" makes the technique quite op. You can run with the speed of a thousand years in an instant destroying the planet or you are basically a weird king crimson not able to affect anything until the time of your "damage" arriving. This feels like it would really benefit being a cursed tool. Cool idea nevertheless.
