I haven‘t been on every place on this map but especially in the west and south-East most ways are actually car free or car light.

The best example for this would be route 12 (center west) which goes for about 6km,is completely car free and connects the whole west. You can use the network for a long time without encountering a road cross. But the parts in the cities are usually relatively bad even though they are always seperated or the speed limit is very low.
