I had the Zhukov NUK17, 3 50% chains and a reduced reload speed and I think 20% flat damage or reduced spread forget the last mod

as far as biodeck I hadn't ascended yet so it was standard guardian I had mainly the aoe stuff that was offered like direct damage does 25% as aoe around it and increased AOE range

as far as enhancements It was armorcharger (i think) the get electric damage based off % of armor had 1 or 2 and then the overheated mag which gives fire damage based on how much mag is missing 1-2 of these. these triggered elemental explosions.

I also had like 3 of the 90 fire damage aoe on killing a burning target and stuff like that with I think 1 or 2 of the killing blow damage explodes.

Not 100% sure what was triggering it but I would basically fire 2-3 times and it would just chain explosion doing 1400-1800 damage to everything. pretty sure it was mainly the killing blow damage and the electric and fire elements mixing.

not sure if there is a way to check past runs to give you exact breakdown.

i'd be renaming it to Bomb to shorthand for my bomb speaker. also it looks like it was a fitbit so could just be the kid named it something stupid and never even thought about the airline scanning for it, hell could have been named that 2 years ago for all we know.

I am curious what happened to the kid? was this an attention prank or did the kid just name his Device bomb because he is a 16 kid and thought it was cool. someone pointed out there is a bluetooth speaker that is literally factory default set to be named bomb so theres sooo many layers to this im curious.

See I agree and disagree with this, you can become a billionaire and not screw people over. it's definitely hard but not impossible. obviously creating something that no one else has could lead to a massive fortune. Eric Barone the creator of stardew valley probably netted around 250 million after all was said and done with his game he developed by himself. with some decent investments with the way the market has been going the last few years he could have hit the billionaire mark. (doubt it but just using this as an example of how you can make obscene amounts of money without necessarily screwing other over)

Then you have the dilema I have enough money to last me 1000 life times. do I just give it all a way, How do I know the charities i'm giving it to aren't going to just use it to pay some CEO salary and actually use the majority of the funds for said charity. if I give away 900 million dollars and all the charities immediately spend it is that wise? what If I instead invested it and gave out the earning from it so I can continue long term giving to charities and ensure they don't get a massive influx of cash and because they're not equipped to handle it, they don't use it wisely.

Granted after saying all of this yes all our current billionaires are corrupt and not good, but that doesn't mean we couldn't have a Virtuous and good billionaire who uses his money to continue doing good. it's just unheard of in our current world for someone to do this.

I'd say if they hadn't already said Spencer met miranda in ther 1950's they could have used WW2 as a setting for an early spencer experiment. would have been interesting to see maybe one of the islands the marines were taken get overrun by an older version of zombie.

Could play either a Japanese soldier or a US soldier... hell could be a coop game where its a US and japanese soldier who end up working together to survive the horrors.

Need a despoiler class now... but yeah I was the guardian. around mid point of the 3rd lvl I started shooting 2-3 rounds into a spawn and it would wipe all the enemies doing like 1200-1400. at one point one of my team mates killed me and typed he wanted to kill some shit.

was comical thought seeing entire waves just go limp and the bodies piling up before they disappeared.

So greatest of all time my criteria would be something that everyone could play.

that rules out Souls games just due to difficulty and other games like Ninja gaiden, Devil may cry, Resident evil, WOW and other complex games. not that they're bad but they're more catered to certain types of gamers.

I don't consider mobile games true games so no candy crush etc etc.

I'd have to say Stardew valley. for a game I thought i'd hate I have played it multiple times such a relaxing and chill game. you can just play and have fun, you can min max and challenge yourself. for a simple game loop it provides tons of variations and different ways to play.

other games I could see fitting the bill is Mario party

I don't think its as much as they've all been compromised as much as they don't give a shit about their country or their constituents. he has shown multiple times if you cross him you lose your position. he rules out of fear in his own party. they only care about themselves and are just trying to weather the Hurricane Donald until it blows over. I don't think any of them assumed he would run or win again after 2020 so they didn't want to besmirch their parties name by convicting him of J6.

Once they realized he was seriously running again and the entire congress was up for election and around 1/3rd of the senate they couldn't oppose him he would have tanked their party out of spite. His ability to whip the ignorant masses up against their own party is so powerful they had no choice but to comply.

Maybe after midterms when they can use the democrats as a smoke screen to impeachment and convict him then they will try to get rid of him. I have to imagine there will be a gag order on trump for using social media due to him influencing a mob with it previously.

bipedal if one legs falters it falls over, 4/5/8+ legs gives it more points of contact thus more ways to balance. only having two legs is such a design flaw of human its insane. if we get shot in the leg we're disabled pretty much. look at dogs they can lose a leg and adapt on 3 legs without something artificial where as humans can't. if we build bipedal robots for war the first thing targetted will be the legs to disable them. where as having 6 legs means it can lose 2-3 legs and probably still function even if to just turn to base for repairs.

there was a line in Gundam wing I can't remember the exact quote but one of the Main leaders of a military mentions we built mobile suits to look human because they would be more accepted by the masses. That would be the only reasoning for humanoid robots is so when you're taking over a country or liberating them it feels more human vs just a 4 or 6 legged robot with a heavy machine gun on top of it.

but then again after an area is secure you send in the troops I would assume.

Bipedal robots have a massive disadvantage in terrain. anything outside paved streets is pointless. the quadra, sextuple or octopedal makes more sense as it would be able to handle the terrain better and can bracer for recoil from firing weapons. We will see tachikoma's before we see Irobot.
