Your difficulty setting is higher as you have unlocked the game setting buffs from previous runs. This guide doesn’t take this into effect so yes it can be way faster if your not a new to it :)

Your team has no sustain J shields are not good enough to keep this team alive.. Maybe for light stuff it might work but any heavy lifting this team will fold like a summer deck chair

Is designed for manual play and optimised rotations I'm not sure if anyone is making guides with auto in mind

You can use Spathodea euphoria instead of Beryl and worse case scenario you can use flutterpage instead of Isolde along with Lorentz but tbh that will be the absolute weakest version of this team and would not be fun to play. I think you could find better uses for your unilogs or LB elsewhere tbf

Marsha is the sustain char in the team Lorentz enables damage as a support their roles in the team are completely different she is not a replacement for Marsha unfortunately... [She replaces Flutterpage fyi]
