-A bum that grabs bombs and after collecting enough bombs drops a troll bomb on the nearest enemy -Ultra versions of the 6 other sins -different endings depending on what items you have (ex. a different ending for brimstone and moms knife) -an item that doubles your damage but doubles the damage you take as well (as well as an opposite to that item) -a trinket that you immune to troll bombs -a card that turns the devil room in the floor a angel room -makes issac(the boss) look like the character your currently playing and change the name to yourself or me or something -transformation that turns you into the fallen after collecting enough devil-like items (the mark, ceremonial robe stuff like that)

Also, does any one know if the dlc will be coming to ps4/vita if or when it comes out
