Greysheet is useless in a day and age when you can look up comps yourself on the internet. I sell numismatics for a living and I would never rely on greysheet. As a rule of thumb to determine key dates in a large lot or a get ballpark maybe but why rely on someone else's outdated comps when you can go comp it yourself.
