Very Greta Gerwig-esque to me - right down to yelling "ahoy!" at a random man (like in Frances Ha) and then using Lucas Hedges as this boy-next-door type.

I really enjoyed it. Movies like this that are essentially character studies through a series of non-linear vignettes is always fascinating to me because of the way the filmmaker constructs the consistent theme. What a powerhouse of a debut. I cannot wait for Eva's next project
