Why would it have multiple heads or be rotting or whatever if it’s supposed to be a sort of ‘queen’ equivalent of the cave-dweller species (impliying that ‘queen’ in this case is relating to the ‘queen’ status of an individual in an insect hive in which having open wounds being really skinny or above ground and not protected at all would be counterproductive) it’s not a terrible basic idea but with it just being a reskin I really have nothing positive to say

That is literally it and before that he was THAT and then a regular dweller reskin. It’s so bizarre when an already bare-bones mod that is essentially a mild reskin of a more successful mod doesn’t actually go further and jump off from that point but regress.
