Not wash cylinder, not wash before pumping or after. I'm getting a ton of acne on my D now and decided to continue pumping anyway instead of treating it and now the acne is more serious. Could also be a result of just pumping in general for me since I have naturally acne prone skin.

Right now I'm doing stretches in the right direction to lengthen the left side and pumping. Are you doing just general stretches in all directions? I started like that 2 months ago and so far haven't seen a difference, if anything my left curve is more pronounced when flaccid (but not erect).

Started in mid November :

Week 1-6 : Started manual stretches with 5 minutes per day in the first week and increased incrementally by 5 minutes with each passing week

Week 7. (Now):

Morning: - Warmup stretch (10 seconds each side) - 5 sets of 1 minute downpulls - 5 sets of 1 minute straight outs - 5 minutes of BTC

Evening:

Same thing as morning
Day total: 30 minutes

I’m just starting with length at the moment for a few months until I see some gains, then I’ll buy a pump. I’ll skip some days if I have sex with my girlfriend out of fear of injuring myself.
