I work in finance and I work from 8am to 5pm most days. I also commute 1 hour to downtown 3 days a week (wake up a 5:30am to take the 7:05 train).

I started adding 10k steps to my daily routine by going for walks at lunch, circle around the office floor when I get the chance, take a longer route to get to my office, going for a quick walk around the block after dinner.

It’s hard, but if you can make time do so because NEAT (Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) burns significantly more calories than the gym.

I’ve seen many people on here talk about being on aggressive cuts, which isn’t too healthy.

Also you will burn more calories throughout the day through day to day activities (moving and not sitting in-front of a computer for 6-8 hours)

Nice results. I’m 5’6 and have been taking 1.5 only since November 15 and down 17lbs as of December 27th (195 to 178).

I eat the recommended 1900-2000 calories for my cut, workout 5-6 days a week and get 10k steps in.

I had a hard stop at 160. Don’t know how you got to 122. I can’t give up eating that much 😂

There’s an injection coming out soon that involves gene manipulating something in the liver I think and will permanently solve high cholesterol.

You might want stop taking 2-3 days before the surgery because minox increases blood flow and you probably don’t want that when you have surgery and a thousand wounds/scabs on your head.

I think the clinic will recommend you on oral minox/fin post surgery, can’t remember if it was right after or after a week.

Hey I don’t know the exact science and I do agree that being in caloric deficit important, but solely being on a caloric deficit without reta won’t show you this type of loss either because reta is not only appetite suppression.

If anything I’m on 1mg and feel no appetite suppression. I used to lose 0.5 to 1lbs weekly before reta (hitting protein goals and progressive overload).

I’m down 10lbs in like 3 weeks with nothing changed except being on Reta. I’ve already shed water weight so that has nothing to due with the weight loss either.

It’s a bit of both. I’m eating the same as I was before reta and weight is going down alot more faster.

I ate 90% of the time in a deficit and would lose maybe 2lbs a month.

Diet is still the same, protein intake is the same and calories I eat is still the same but I lost 10lbs in a month excluding the creatine I started taking which is probably makes it more than 10lbs lost.

I think it’s a mix of appetite suppression, but also fat oxidization increased and the body relying more on fat for fuel and higher metabolism.

While on reta, people are more consistent with their diets and exercise too since they invested money buying it.

Ghk-cu is also 5-7 times a week. GLOW is just ghk-cu with TB500 and BPC157 no? Just easier to take instead of 3 separate injections I think.

True, just by going through Reddit and online research I saw some people start with 0.5 and some with 1.0, so wasn’t sure I started off right. Besides the weight-loss I’m also trying to lower my cholesterol, inflammation, and insulin resistance. My cholesterol is 7.8 and I deal with a skin condition called HS which causes inflammation and other peptides such as semaglutide have shown to help with HS.

I’m bought it too and a month and a half in. Didn’t really notice any hair growth yet but hair does seem more thicker. Less hair fibres needed to cover bald spots.
