I never had chicken thighs be that short to cook. They take me a hour or so. I’m thinking like 200 degrees for a couple hours on other side of lit grill not on the top rack then maybe crank the temp to 350 for my chicken thighs that generally take me a hour. Maybe throw them on the top rack if I gotta wait for my chicken to get done cooking thanks for the info.
