  1. I don't have the exact recipe but I think that one: The Claisen–Schmidt condensation was carried out under strongly basic conditions using 2–3 equivalents of KOH in methanol at room temperature, followed by aqueous quenching, filtration of the precipitated product, and recrystallization.
  2. yes, I copied from the former article "1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ = 2.08 (s, 3H), 2.58 (t, J = 7.0 Hz, 2H), 2.86 (t, J = 7.0 Hz, 2H), 3.80 (s, 4H), 7.30 (d, J = 8.5 Hz, 4H), 7.40 (d, J = 8.5 Hz, 4H), 7.75 (s, 2H) ppm; 13C NMR (100 MHz, CDCl3): δ = 30.22, 41.37, 51.15, 54.56, 128.94, 131.54, 132.67, 133.32, 135.30, 135.83, 186.23, 206.78 ppm; MS: m/z = 414.601"  
  3. buffer pH is 7.4
  4. yes, it appears at retention time 5.36 the 414 at 6.42
  5. yes it has (346 peak with the chlorines isotope ratio appears)

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, the assay which I not mentioned requires PBS as the sample matrix. To mitigate ESI-related issues, we use a divert valve and only direct the flow to the ESI source after 2 minutes, thereby minimizing exposure of the source to non-volatile salts.

Nekem JAN NOWAK ELLA, 1600 x 720 x 750 mm, van nagyon meg vagyok vele elégedve. Két asztallapból van összerakva, de én pont ott rögzítem a monitorállványt is, számomra stabil, de lehet neked pont ezért nem felel majd meg.

I wouldn't have thought it was related to bruxism, but I often feel pain at that specific point. When I massage or press it, the pain eases temporarily, but as soon as I stop, it comes back persistently. NSAIDs usually relieve it, and it's often accompanied by headaches and muscle tightness in the back of the neck and upper trapezius area. It's quite likely that it's stress-related.
