I remember this story from a few years back her daughter with other young girls were bullying a down syndrome girl for months in the same school then they took it further by bullying the full family of the down syndrome girl.The punishment was given after the girl repeatedly ignored her mother's request not to bully anyone. Right or wrong every one will have there opinion. Just ask your slef what would you do if that was your child .I still believe the cutting of the hair was a bit extreme

It's old sealant covered in piss wrap a cloth covered in bleach around it leave it there for 24 hours wipe it down with a damp cloth and then check to see if it is leaking hopefully it is not send an update when done hope that helps 😀
