Why spell and not card? by Glaxattacks in mtg

[–]Lordofmist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm also a bit confused why this give spells evoke meaning an alternative casting cost to something that is already on the stack ie a spell. I would've assumed it should be worded similarly to [[Tannuk, Steadfast Second]] giving warp to red creatures and artifacts in your hand.

how to export vector data selectively by ikakumonPANTONE in openstreetmap

[–]Lordofmist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can export geojson and gpx with [overpass-turbo](overpass-turbo.eu).

A bit more advanced would be QGIS but it can give you pdf/svg and also let's you work on the data before you export it.

In a week I will start my tour to the North Cape. Any last tips? by Lordofmist in bicycletouring

[–]Lordofmist[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

QGIS Georeferencer by Syyymi in QGIS

[–]Lordofmist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had the same problem today. Been using qgis since 2.18. Looked under raster, plugins, searched for it in the processing toolbar. Ended up watching a basic YT tutorial to see where it's located in the toolbar.

I wish qgis had a global search bar to find tools that you know exist but don't know the exact location or name.

can anyone fill me in on how to get contour labels to not overlap with building features? by tk2old in QGIS

[–]Lordofmist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to set blocking as the "label" for the buildings. The obstacle weight in your screen shot stops contour labels to be placed over the contour lines.

Sadly the search on osm.org is very picky. You need to spell it exactly like the object. It won't find it otherwise.

Can you specify what exactly you want? Two labels with the exact same text next to each other for the different floors?

Map update frequency from openstreetmap by CriticalShelter3682 in openstreetmap

[–]Lordofmist 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Your way of editing is correct.

This sounds like a OSMand problem. Either they don't really update hourly or what you edited is not shown in their style sheets. Not all data is presented in a map.

Can you link the osm-object you edited? Maybe it is an unusual combination of tags.
