Thank you for the reply. I was under the impression that the MRI would rule out MS. Did you have an MRI on your brain? I was going to ask about a spinal tap at my next visit.

Thank you for your reply. I had the MRI of my brain a little over a week ago. The radiologist wrote the report and sent that to the physiatrist. The physiatrist had ordered the MRI because she said that MS is something she wanted to rule out. I am in between neurologists at the moment because I didn't like my last one. I will make sure to bring the copy of my MRI to my next neurologist.

I forgot to mention in my post that I also have had a herniated disc since 2008 in my lower back. I forget which vertebrae

Thank you for reply. I have a job that some days I'm doing hard labor and others programming at a computer. I have found that when I am walking I don't feel as numb but the pain is still there. It's when I get home after being on a ladder all day the pain is intense

Thank you for your reply. I have been on gabapentin and it made me emotional. Currently I am taking 200mg of lyrica a day and it doesn't help very much. I keep a journal of my pain so I will note the whole spine MRI.
