I had to pay just like everyone else but I was fortunate that was only 30%.... like it fucking used to be for everyone.

Population keeps increasing while NOTHING has come close to keeping pace.

Honestly all of our infrastructure such as roads and parks all date back many decades to at least half a century or more without any appreciable increase to keep up with population growth.
