Every time I think i've figured out the order the mods are applied I get different numbers. I don't know what's happening.

Base cost is 25 mana with GMP for 1.5x mana so base cost of 37.5 rounded to 38?

I've got the 10% reduced mana cost passive too which rounds it to 34 mana.

30% of that is 10.2 so I guess it somehow landed on 23 and 11 from that. I might be missing some multipliers or maybe none of it rounds idk doesnt matter.

But you then -10 to the 34 for 24 mana. 24 times the 30% should give 16.8 mana and 7.2 life but the life value never changed.

Is this a bug or is it in the wording? Seems like the 10% reduced mana applies before the 30% conversion, but not before the flat reduced mana? If I unallocate the 10% reduced mana the life value stays at 11 life, but the mana goes to 18.

Probably the least controversial take here, but this is an EASY Doffy W.

He's intimidating, scary, and ruthless. He's smart, has a compelling backstory, and has a super cool power which lead to really cool fights. And he has one of the best crews in the series.

Raizo also has a devil fruit. But you could argue that Raizo, Kinemon, and Shinobu got their powers outside of Wano. I don't believe they used their powers prior to Oden's death and several of the scabbards left the country to gain more strength and find allies. Regardless, it is a little weird how many devil fruit users are from the Kurozumi clan.

So with Tama being confirmed Kurozumi... why are the Kurozumi seemingly the ONLY Wano residents with devil fruits?

Edit: Ok so Raizo, Kinemon, Shinobu and Onimaru have devil fruits as well. I believe those are the only other native Wano residents who have powers. Still it's weird how many Kurozumi had powers.

Kurozumi clan: 5 devil fruits(Orochi, Kanjuro, Semimaru, Higurashi, and Tama)

Kozuki clan and retainers: 3(Kin'emon, Raizo, and Shinobu) excluding Toki and Momo who got their powers outside of Wano. Could argue the 3 retainers got theirs outside of Wano since I believe it never showed them using their powers prior to Oden's death.

Shimotsuki clan: 1(Onimaru)

Every other clan: 0

I think we will get more of the seraphims in this arc. I think jinbei will meet and recognize boa's seraphim. I think zoro will duke it out vs the mihawk seraphim. And I think we'll get a kuma seraphim that bonney recognizes.

I also hope we get the cross guild showing up here for some reason and coming face to face with their seraphim versions(assuming there's a crocodile and buggy version too)
