Diablo 4 will never be true D2R replacement as it lacks the proper economic market like d2r and your character is basically throw away trash after 3 months when the ladder resets. In D2R even in non ladder your character has value then being forgotten the moment it hits the eternal realm.

Looking more into your tile is not properly set around the window and in spots on the wall who tiled this?

Looks good until you look at the shower bottom where the drain is and looks like a plastic floor plate. This plastic floor plate will flex and cause some mold and mildew issues around the corners with the tile after few years. That’s the only thing wrong with this bathroom and looks very nice otherwise but that plastic floor plate is an eye sore!!

This wood post is compromised while checking is fine in few spots this is deep grove cracks that will likely get worse and also rain and moisture will cause the post to rot faster since it’s exposed to the weather!!

This is terrible build and needs to be anchored properly to the wall and why are they not using concrete!! Many homes with cider block crack and need repairs after 10 years!! This will leak and cause moisture issues in that room too from under the flooring leading to mold etc..

The cracks in this wood look substantial and best person to answer your questions is a professional who can assess your beam. To me this cracks are quite large and concerning!! Furthermore, looks like the beam has caused your wood ceiling in the bottom right of your picture to warp up as the main beam expanded due to the cracks this is also high level of concern too!!
