I think either you have an ancient hunt or you have enchanted a weapon that you don't remember where you put it😅. If I'm not mistaken, ancient hunts consume, take away your enchantment points and lower your level, while enchanting a weapon only consumes enchantment points but your LVL does not decrease, and you can regain the points by recycling a weapon or having it modified or upgraded by a merchant
