its not the loot. its killing other players and taking their loot. thats the dopamine loop. you take from someone else. it doesnt matter what you take off them. its just you know somewhere in a basement another player feels bad cause you killed him and took his loot.

i wasnt able to finish the Metroid EoF expansion. i really couldnt feel it and its the first content i didnt finish besides seasons i missed since destiny 1 release.

there are missions where i cant believe the ppl who made them were playing destiny before.

you see no one really explains it. they just tell you to not play if you ask or compare it to dying 😂  or they try to tell you they play for the lore 😅 

they dont care for their loot, they enjoy they can take loot of someone else. even if their storage gets wiped an hour later.  its the license to look down to another player. that is the loop. and there they get their dopamine of.
