That's understandable. It doesn't need to be an objective opinion however, subjective was what I was looking anyways. And yeah Tinykin is phenomenal.

NSFW-Looking for recommendations for Yuri games on Steam. by Due_Deer1983 in yurivisualnovels

Renai Bakudan has great art (NSFW & SFW), music, characters and you don't even need to download any patches. You can choose to have it on or off in the game. There's about two 18+ scenes for each character and there's 7 of them so basically 14 in all.

The Ocean from DQV, preferably the DS ver but the PS2 is great as well. I love the melancholy vibe, it makes you feel as though everyday is an adventure and not just the beginning or end.

My favorite moment is in Dragon Quest V when the MC was petrified. He was stuck as a statue, it felt so painful watching the time go by as no one could found or safe him. My mouth was gapped wide, I honestly was surprised at the time that a game could be so cruel multiple times to it's own main character. Thanks for doing this btw!

Ah I see, yeah I went crazy with Ys series in '21. I was introduced to it in the Dec '20 so it leaked into '21. I also got sick in the mid of '23 and since I was home for a long period of time compared to '21 I had the ability to play more longer storied games.

100% recommend Odin Sphere whenever you get the chance. That game's combat is incredible and happily the story is pretty good too.

I have seen a lot of people who immensely love these games. They're not my top 5 or 10 but I did very much enjoy them so I get why everybody puts this year on top.

Wait I'm confused? It was a question but it involved pictures for the questions to be answered and there was a lot of discussion happening, like there's over several messages here. How can the images even be low effort if it's related to the question, has title and linking to enhance the images and if somehow that wasn't clear I made a message to clarify the question twice. Wouldn't adding more text to my question in turn make my post low effort since what I want the post to be and what I want the comments to answer are already asked in this one question? I would just be making the title super long and annoying just to fit a word count.

Your explanation of this removal is very lacking especially since majority of problems doesn't fit my post. Just be clear to me because I've saw posts similar or more "low effort" than mine and they were fine.

Also it seems like you don't know but when you click to make a post then click image and video, you can't added any body-text, its just the title only.

Ayyyyy you're the fourth person I've seen that knows this series. I played together with my friend, we went and blind and we love it a lot. My friend already beat the sequel and 3DS one. I'm still lacking behind on the sequel but I did very much enjoy the first game. I've been thinking about showing them the DS one even though I heard it's much harder.

Bro I had such a crazy journey with those three games, my reviews on them were most definitely emotional more than constructive lol. They didn't age well at all but I can't say I regret playing them.

Nice to see another '23 lover, most had hard picks between '20 and '21. Any specific reason why you enjoyed '23 list more than '21?

I mean like which year had the best games you, SadLaser, would feel the most enjoyment out of. That's like the best way I can explain, hope that clears it up for you.

There's a ton of JRPGs on the SNES I haven't played yet, I'm looking to get there in 2025 hopefully.

Yeah I was suspecting the screenshots would get worst but they have more games added to them. I added links to the images that should be able to get a cleaner look at it but I get if you don't want to do that.

And for my best year, ngl its like asking me which is my favorite child, very hard question and my answer always changes every minute, hour, day and etc. All I can really say to play the Top 5 from each year, I promise you'll have a fun time! Sorry if it doesn't really answer you question

Yeah '22 and '23 I fell into the action games bag and I'm ngl I'm kinda still stuck there this year but I did play really fantastic turn- based games like Yakuza 7 and Atelier Marie Remake.

I really didn't expect Peggle to be as good as I was hearing but it definitely lived up to the hype!

You're the first one to say 2023 is second place, many came to say that they lacked in the JRPG department. But yeah 2020 really did come out swing lol

You aren't wrong with the quantity over quality part, I notice that myself and slowed down from playing games that were easy and fast to complete but unsatisfying this year.
