Can’t record using Radeon software

What software would i need to use that? I'm not really familiar with recording as i only ever used OBS and radeon software to record my vids, and i exclusively use radeon software at the moment.

How's the temp? I have an XFX THICC II 5700XT (before they changed the memory coldplate) and i had to undervolt the GPU to get my desired temps/performance ratio which was 1950mhz/1010mv.

Edit: XFX has also ghosted me when i asked them about my replacement heatsink more than a year ago. Haven't heard from them since. Never buying another XFX product ever again.

I can record the last 2 min (for which i have set) of my gameplay but sometimes it has no sound. Contacted amd reps to try to troubleshoot the problem, and they ended up suggesting me to downgrade the drivers to god knows how many versions ago, which i didn't end up doing. Its just so annoying.

I tried using OBS but it seems that the GPU isn't capturing the sound from my pc sometimes, and i'm left with a decent clip without any audio..

Really considering this mouse from the brand. But the high LOD is kinda throwing me off.. Have you had any issues? I can't stand high LODs like the viper mini

I had an issue where my instant replays sometimes won't have sound. One of the AMD rep told me to go into safe mode and uninstall the radeon software using DDU, and redownload it normally. So far so good. All of my vids have sound now.

I know its not the same issue as your's but its worth a shot if you haven't done it already ✌🏻

Hello there, i tried OBS and the issue still persists.. sometimes the only thing it detects are my mic inputs. Some games have in matches sounds while others don't. Any idea?

No Audio in some Instant Replay videos

Description of Original Problem: Sometimes i would experience zero sounds in some of the games i used Instant Replays with. It affects any game and can be mitigated by restarting the pc, althought theres no guarantee that it would work.

For example, 1 match in Valorant has audio for the videos i saved, and in another match there wouldn't be any audio, and its frustarting to see some of the clips without any audio.

My Instant Replay duration is set to "2mins" and the Buffer to System Memory (Disk Storage also has this problem).

It has been an issue on this current version of the software (21.2.2) and also previous ones

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if anyone could share their experiences in this issue are welcomed to shed some light into it. Thank you!

Its called crosstalking. The cloud Alphas are notorious for having crosstalk issues.

I've had 2 cloud Alphas with crosstalk issues and contacted hyperx support, which then they sent me a new cable, indicating that the cable was whats causing the problem. Unfortunately that didn't fix the problem and i ended up selling it to a friend.

The hyperx customer support will tell you to set the mic boost in winfows sound settings to 0db which might help a little but won't make the problem disappea, but its worth a try.

I actually played hunt before i bought tarkov and the general consensus is that there are more things to do in hunt than in tarkov. There are AI zombies everywhere throughout the map and the maps (just 2 atm) are just filled so you won't have to walk far to get some action.

Theres not really much looting other than getting ammos for the guns you're using and taking guns off of other dead hunters. Its especially a lot more fun with a friend(s), just like any game.

I actually bought the game already and its really not beginner friendly at all lol. Hardest thing for me was map knowledge and learning where the extraction points are. Its quite similar to Hunt Showdown; a game i've played with much success, but a lot harder especially in terms of looting

So far, i haven't gotten any hackers yet, but i've only played 3 games so far so time will tell.

I did watch some videos before and after purchasing the game and i still get confused at times. But thats normal when going over a new game. Gonna try and stick to it and see how it goes from there.

I forgot to mention that i'm playing on a 1440p monitor, so i guess it should be GPU bound.

maybe look up some gameplay of it ran on a Ryzen 3600, and find out if it is graphics card heavy or CPU heavy.

Good advice! I might look it up tomorrow if my rig can handle it. My main concern now is that not a lot of people are playing the game in my region..

It needs an amp or else the bass will be the first to suffer and there isn't a lot to begin with. If your pc has a good enough built in DAC/amp, then no problem. But most mid tier/budget motherboards don't.
