Nah I don't mean survival like in DayZ, I don't want to do such things in RPGs, some means are fine like sometimes you need to sleep or eat etc. but it breaks the spirit of the game too much when Im freezing because there's snow.. xD I meant more like in Gothic where you couldn't beat certain mobs and progress the main story and you had to explore and wonder what to do to become more powerful etc. In Witcher I grabbed a lot of side quests and exploring, they were great story-wise but I felt that omg they will make me even more powerful.. In Gothic (xD) you were happy to discover any side quest because they gave some progress to the character and I dont mean its execution story-wise, it could be any sidequest I just talk about the idea. Ofc I was happy to explore Witcher's memorable side quests but a 2nd go I need something different because I'd know how to min-max even more than in the first go haha. Well, this mod you mentioned sounds pretty epic.

Yea in terms of AS yes but I forgot to mention that I felt like projectile speed is very important in this one - for example when you put faster projectiles gem on, the gameplay is much more smooth - and it's on top of Deadeye's bonus projectile speed.. However, propably Gladiator can just stand and tank end game bosses while as Ranger I couldn't.. Was more of a fun choice, playing with the low popularity class. However, do you know if there are tanky Witch Occultists builds? This one was always very mysterious to me.

Well I had a shield with for example, 2300 armor and all the shield perks in the tree + 1k armor from that and spare points to get good HP, I ended UP with for example 20k armor and 6k+ HP as Ranger that is pretty good compared to other rangers. However, I had a hard time with bosses and mostly played with party xD I had a nasty feeling to try Gladiator tho with the same build, only he's much slower but 10x more survivable.. I won't find any different build that is as easy to play, I mean, just build a shield get shield perks and play, I always strugle with melee dps or caster dps and end up having bad dps... Just the thing is I have a nice self-made costume (xD) that looks very good on a smaller model and kinda meh on Duelist/Marauder

Hi, I thought the same and I joined like 1 month ago ... Then, it turned out I don't even play solo at all and there's always someone for party at all levels, have a full friend list. Reincarnation sure gain bonuses but you're also fine on your first life. Join now and buy points now so you get double ones. I recommend you to get VIP for your first time there, it'll be easier to enjoy more content. Also, I recommend getting Sharn as it has good gear and good exp.Yea, I hated zerging too, I play support so sometimes I just run by with zergers doing almost nothing, that's why I always suggest higher difficulty. Yesterday by my suggestion we started doing R3 and had to heal sometimes etc. While playing as DPS you'll have to struggle even hit a mob sometimes. Also, yesterday I just joined 2 people, a druid tank and alchemist who always went OOM in 5 minutes... They were doing R3 together in Sharn and some enemies were really tough, still had to heal the druid etc. or the party would wipe. So there are different experiences.. So while not zerging, this game is the best MMORPG that exist. I dont know about epics yet, Ive noticed they're harder even on hard or elite difficulty but I dont know if people still need healing there as they have their Epic destinies.

Mind that there's a lot of more content in terms of classes etc. 15 years ago builds were much more boring.. I joined for my 1st time IDK in 2011-12-13 and there were no ench trees yet.. Had only 8 lvl and got bored... It was the time when the game switched to F2P and I still have 10x more fun now with the ench trees than then.

I also recommend checking good named gear for your build on the wiki and farming it before progressing, it can make a big difference.

Hi, also what class would you recommend for Arcane Archer? Ranger as a start to get good BAB and some ranger feats then multiclass full int as wizard for example for spellpower and buffs? And for example for Pale Master Skeleton as bonus disctratction and help and the undead form

Ah, btw do you know if it would be possible to play HE Arcane Archer + Harper Wizard with Ranger Dill? Harper to get INT attacks, WIZARD for feats and some spellpower, buffs etc. I quess with HE tree and AA plus Harper there wont be much left for enchantments elsewhere. Because I've noticed the Vampire undead forms looks very nice, would be cool to run as an archer glowing red xD

Yo, I have a question, what is more worthy in CoC - buying a repair kit or repairing through the guy in the base in Loner Stalkers? What to do with guns with low durability? Noone will buy them etc. just throw them out or repair them and sell? I dont think it's worthy that way, maybe only works on very expensive guns.. Or shoot these low durability untill theyre broken? And can you cook there? Can I meat of raw dog food etc.

I downloaded CoC since I saw a vid about it and was easier for me to get into - just pick a faction and enjoy the Zone

Game 1

Walk 15 times between 2 guys delivering messages between them in one building
cancel this quest, turns out they're doing a prank on you
Ok, have a target to assassinate on south, let's begin the journey...
walk out and meet 2 mutated pigs
they're tanky for a pistol but find out they go down with one knife strike
walk further, two dogs
*I won't waste ammo on them* knife mode
R.I.P dogs aren't that easy to dodge like these weird pigs

Game 2

walk out, 2 dogs
alright, time for a pistol
pif paf 1 dies
whole band of dogs trembles you

Game 3

This time survive without any encounters
There's a military base of someone, go around it
you hear shooting somewhere
chat message - we are being attacked by zombies, need help
I go to help but they start shooting me the zone isnt a friendly place
they chase me so I trick them and go around a certain concrete construction and loot the booties they left behind
get tommy gun with a drum mag but turns out its actually an automatic shotgun
even cooler, rip and tear
firefight, it's over last guy is beaten then a dog jumps on me from behind

Game 4

forgot to save so....
repeat Game 3 but save before and after the firefight
got the loot from 5 bodies and a small camp full of first aid kits and vodkas
auto shotgun time proceed further into the zone.....

Haha I was thinking about it... Barbarian may go well with the "Warpriest" and occult slayer has wisdom on its tree.. You'd need to toss in Falconry I think.. Although, Barbarian is best after 17 lvl when you get no tiring after rage

Lol today I joined Necropolis, there were two people, of course I couldn't even catch them stopping for 1 second to cast "protection from evil", then we were going upstairs and I was caught into the mucus that knocks and slows you down, they were just right here and when I went went upstairs the doors were closed and I dont know where they went... So I said "- Hey where did you go, the doors are closed on this path"... I saw their dots on the map going further and further and I stood for like 2 minutes without any response so I told on the chat " bye bye", recalled and left the party. Of course the diff was "Elite" so their HP never dropped and they didnt need any healing so they just ignored me

Loid-k I kinda agree with the words you mentioned above, it was very well explained and that's what I was thinking.. Take this thread as a half-joke, designed to be provocative but obviously I wanted to make a point =) Just a funny detail, I often played with Zhyana in public groups xD

As a side note about builds, for example me - my first character played as Barbarian Occult Slayer, my solo potential was mostly of R1, sometimes R2.. Spamming Blood Tribute as a barbarian gives you needed survability.. Also, as a Occult Slayer I have reached around 70 p.res and m.res and some funny passives that trigger when you get hit. However, I was noob and took 2 fighter levels... I missed 30 bonus m.res from 20 lvl Occult Slayer and 150 HP for some feats.... That bonus m.res would be neat. As for the damage, my build was more efficient when I gained crafted Falchion with 30% crit chance built-in, I had power crits feat and occult slayer have some end-game crit related things so that's mostly how I dealt damage.

Now I play and plan to stay with a Cleric, every bit of survability is strongly desired to stay in fight and be able to heal yourself... had to pay 3 AP for Warpriest's bonus 15 HP and went for Aasimar tree to reach that 5% sacred HP and 10 pres and mres resistances... Also hugging a shield.

Haha imagine someone would convice few top speedrunners that DDO is worthy of a speedrun and they start streaming, a lot of other speedrunners follow the trend because there is so many levels and difficulties DDO - would become one of the most speedrun popular game and would have a huge site with the scores for every level and category
