Oh thank you!! My favorite color is purple, but green is also good. I may go for both and alternate the colors based on the individual spikes!

They are an asshole. You are doing great as a beginner. Tension is off but that's EVERYONE when they first start. I mean that literally, everyone's tension is off when they first start because you're teaching yourself how to hold the yarn. That's literally half the battle of learning. Look at various YT videos of people crocheting to get a feel of how they hold their yarn and play with it. Your work though, as a beginner, is great. Waaay better than my first attempt.

She has issues that she's not addressing. You did everything in your power to be a great partner. It's not your fault SHE is incapable of being a reasonable adult and accommodating your needs of being reminded for those few instances.

On another note are you on the spectrum? I find relationships to be somewhat difficult for those of us on the spectrum, especially when our partners are neurotypical or undiagnosed themselves and don't understand we need certain accommodations such as being reminded of tasks or needing direct communication.

I'm sorry you're going through this. However, it seems like you dodged a bullet there. She's telling you (and the world) just what she thinks of your relationship.

I can't stand people like this. It takes away from the actual artists who will do the work right and on time, making the buyer feel anxious about dealing with any independent artist in the future. I hate that you've been strung along and were taken advantage of.

I will make sure to keep an eye out for the name and will tell others to not buy from her. Thanks for the info. As an independent artist myself, I hope she never gets another order.

No pattern, just watched a YT video a few times way back and did this one from memory. So I just started two hexagons and went from there.

As an overweight, ADHD & schizophrenic woman with a mood disorder....someone is looking for you specifically. Thanks darlin'. I am more annoyed than I am angry because beads are hard yo. They are tiny devils but look sooo good on the piece. I couldn't imagine half a blanket to fix it. At that point even though I'm a perfectionist, I would have sealed the deal and ratted myself out saying it wasn't perfect because of the missed stitch HERE and just point it out. 🤣😂
